Omrit Silberstein, Psy.D., Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Silberstein earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology/Yeshiva University. She completed her doctoral internship at a Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and received additional training during her two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies.
Dr. Silberstein has been working with adults of all ages, including college and graduate students, young adults, military veterans, and older adults.
She has helped clients cope with difficulties in relationships, stressful life events, depression, anxiety, work-life conflict, sleep difficulties, loss, and a history of trauma. She has specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia as well as psychodynamic psychotherapy.
Dr. Silberstein offers psychotherapy services that aim to help you overcome difficulties, alleviate symptoms, and enhance your self-knowledge and understanding. She will collaborate with you to identify your goals and help you achieve them. Dr. Silberstein provides psychotherapy services in both Hebrew and English.
