Group Therapy in New York City

Small, closed groups led by licensed therapists — real transformation through community
Group Therapy Tailored to Your Needs
Group therapy is not just another form of counseling — it is a space where real transformation happens. Unlike one-on-one sessions, group work brings together shared experiences, diverse perspectives, and the kind of support that feels like genuine community.
Hearing someone else articulate exactly what you have been feeling — and knowing they understand — is something no individual session can replicate. Our groups are small, professionally facilitated, and carefully structured to create that experience.
Group therapy can help you:- Break patterns of people-pleasing and self-neglect
- Set and maintain healthy boundaries with confidence
- Navigate cultural identity and family expectations
- Build genuine connection and reduce isolation
- Practice new relational skills in real time
- Gain perspective by hearing others' lived experiences

Why Choose Let's Talk for Group Therapy?
We bring clinical expertise, specialist facilitators, and genuine care to every group we run.
Specialist Facilitators
Every group is led by a licensed therapist with specific expertise in that group's focus area — not a generalist filling a slot, but a clinician who has dedicated their practice to this work.
Confidential & Closed
Our groups are closed — members are consistent from start to finish, creating the deep safety and trust that allows people to be fully honest. Everything shared stays within the group.
Culturally Responsive
Several of our groups are specifically designed for marginalized and multicultural communities. Our facilitators bring lived experience alongside clinical training to every session.
Fully Virtual Access
All groups are held via HIPAA-compliant secure video, available across New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Join from wherever you are most comfortable — no commute, full confidentiality.
Aetna In-Network
We are in-network with Aetna (and Lyra Health with select clinicians), and we support out-of-network benefits. HSA and FSA payments are also accepted.
Multilingual Care
Group sessions are available in English, Español, and हिंदी (Hindi). We believe language is central to being truly heard — and we meet you in yours.
