Ms. Taradash is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specialized in treating anxiety, including obsessive compulsive, social and separation anxiety, post-traumatic stress and dissociative disorders, depression and complex grief. Ms. Taradash utilizes a patient-centered approach that integrates cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapies that aim to relieve symptoms while fostering a space that supports personal growth through the exploration and discovery of self and other.
As a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, Ms. Taradash has experience providing short-term and long-term treatment to adults, couples and groups in a variety of outpatient settings. Ms.Taradash received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Brooklyn College, City University of New York and completed post-graduate training in the Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Program (IPPP) at the William Alanson White Institute for psychiatry, psychoanalysis and psychology.
