If you're navigating immigration, infertility, pregnancy, or the transition into parenthood, you might feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure of where you belong. These experiences can quietly reshape your identity, relationships, and how you see yourself — and they deserve a space where they can finally be acknowledged.

I work with immigrants, women, and parents who are balancing cultural expectations with personal identity, processing the emotional weight of reproductive transitions, or finding their footing between two worlds. Many of my clients are the people others rely on, and they're seeking a place to slow down, be honest, and feel supported without having to explain themselves first.

As a first-generation woman of Guyanese descent, raised in a bicultural environment shaped by Venezuela, I bring a personal understanding of migration, bicultural identity, and family transitions to this work. I have experienced acculturation and the deeply personal journey through infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum, so I approach these conversations with both clinical training and heartfelt empathy.

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, blending insight-based exploration with practical tools to support your inner life and daily routine. I offer sessions in English and Spanish, with flexible scheduling and treatment tailored to your goals, culture, and values.
