Camille Armando, LMHC

If you're experiencing constant stress, unrelenting worries, or fear of being truly seen, judged, misunderstood, or simply too much, you're not alone. Many people spend years managing these feelings instead of understanding what lies beneath. Therapy offers something different: a real opportunity to get to know yourself and meet what you discover with compassion rather than criticism.

Camille became a therapist, in part, for the same reason her clients come to her, to understand herself more deeply and to help others do the same. She is dedicated to breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health, especially for those who have been taught to push through rather than pause. She is also a committed Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, and the analogy she draws from her time on the mat is one she applies in her work: in both practices, everything depends on maintaining your internal space. When that space is compromised, your decisions tend to be reactive rather than intentional. Therapy is the process of reclaiming that space.

Her clients include finance and corporate professionals navigating high-stakes, high-pressure environments; those in leadership and early-career roles; college and graduate students; and young adults building their sense of self in a fast-moving, judgmental world. She also works with people exploring non-mainstream and alternative lifestyles, those in existential transition, and anyone who has never had a space to show up without performing. Her approach is culturally responsive and trauma-informed, and she meets each person where they are, not where they think they should be.

Clinically, Camille is one of the practice's top anxiety specialists, with expertise in CBT, which provides some of the most effective anxiety relief at Let's Talk. Her integrative toolkit, combining psychodynamic, relational, mindfulness-based, and holistic approaches, allows her to address both the immediate concern and the underlying patterns. Her results in treating anxiety and depression demonstrate that she treats the whole person, not just the symptoms.

The therapeutic relationship is her top priority. Sessions are collaborative, client-focused, and aimed at fostering authentic self-understanding that leads to genuine, lasting change, not just improved coping, but a clearer, more liberated version of yourself.
