Yuliya Bulba, Psy.D., Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Yuliya Bulba, PsyD., earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University. She completed her doctoral internship at the James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center in the Bronx, NY and is licensed in New York. She completed her post-doctoral training in a private practice setting. Her approach to psychotherapy is open-minded and she strives to find the treatment that best suits each client’s needs. Dr. Bulba’s specialties include anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties and substance abuse.
Throughout her training she has worked with clients who range in age, ethnicity and background, which has helped inform her practice. Dr. Bulba’s training was focused on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model. However, by working with supervisors with a variety of orientations and backgrounds she has also gained experience utilizing other techniques as well. Dr. Bulba believes in using all available tools to help patients feel better, achieve their goals and live the life that they want.
