Aubrie Salzman, BA

Aubrie is a dynamic operations professional, a salsa dance teacher, and event producer whose career reflects a deep commitment to community, creativity, and service. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Winthrop University and began her professional journey as a manager and instructor, experiences that shaped her people-first approach to leadership.

Since then, Aubrie has built a versatile career spanning executive assistant, administrator, and director of operations roles across a range of small businesses, with a particular focus on women- and minority-owned enterprises. Her breadth of experience has given her a ground-level understanding of what it takes to build and sustain mission-driven organizations.

Outside her professional work, Aubrie brings the same energy and precision to the dance floor as she does as a salsa instructor. She was recently recognized on a national stage when she appeared on ABC's Good Morning America as part of Pride Salsa, for which she serves as assistant director.

Her work across business, community, and the arts reflects a belief that showing up fully, in every space you inhabit, is its own form of leadership.
