Dianna Calderon-Triminio, LMHC-D

Your presence here already speaks to your courage, strength, and genuine commitment to caring for yourself. I want you to know that taking this first step, even if you’re unsure where to begin, is meaningful. You’re not alone on this journey. My support is here for you every step of the way.

You might be struggling with conflicts in your romantic and/or platonic relationships, perhaps weighed down by family expectations, relying on coping strategies that once served you but now fall short, or distressed by unresolved trauma. Or you may be dealing with a demanding career or feeling the pressure to maintain a life that appears successful on the outside yet feels overwhelming on the inside. Or you may be experiencing irritability, anger, or a sense of emptiness that arises without a clear explanation. No matter what brings you here, my goal is to help you rediscover your voice, recognize your worth, and reclaim the freedom to live on your own terms.

My journey into this work was deeply shaped by my Hispanic heritage and lived experience, long before it became a profession. Growing up immersed in vibrant cultural traditions and navigating my family’s complex dynamics, I found in psychology a way to make sense of and honor those influences, first to understand my own family’s challenges and then to help others face theirs. What began as personal curiosity soon became a lifelong calling. Over the years, I have supported many clients and continue to be inspired by their courage in confronting and working through life’s challenges.

I work with adults from a wide array of backgrounds: leadership and tech professionals, corporate executives, healthcare providers, college and graduate students. I also offer therapy for couples seeking to rebuild and deepen their connection. My practice embraces diversity in culture, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, and life experience. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I provide therapy rooted in cultural humility and trauma-informed care, ensuring each client’s unique story is honored and understood.

For couples, I’m trained in the Gottman Method, one of the most rigorously researched and effective approaches to strengthening relationship dynamics. I also facilitate an 8-week codependency group, providing a supportive space for clients to heal and grow together.

My individual work is integrative and adaptable, blending CBT, insight-oriented therapy, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Trauma-focused modalities. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, ensuring therapy is genuinely personalized. I have notable expertise in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I’m especially skilled at building connections with clients who have struggled to find a therapeutic match elsewhere.
