This group is for those who are looking to connect with others experiencing antisemitism, find community and camaraderie, and would like to support peers and be supported during this time.

No matter what kind of relationship you are looking for, this group can help you deepen and clarify your understanding of what you want, increase your confidence, and develop a positive outlook on dating. You will learn to recognize how your body’s reactions to others point you to unshakeable truths about what is and is not healthy for you. You will also experience connectivity with group members which will reduce the feelings of isolation that come with dating.

Growing up in the Arab world and being aware of the scarcity of adequate mental health professionals, in addition to the heavy stigma placed on mental health, led me to my path to becoming a therapist.
